Spiritual Message of the Week

This week’s message is :-

Manners Towards Neighbours

Assalaam Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatahu

I am thrilled at my appointment as the Head of Middle School at Unity Grammar College.  Delighted to be part of an educational institution with a young, but rich history. As we celebrate the 10th year anniversary, I am already planning the next 10 years of celebrations.

Our College is a dynamic Educational Learning Centre. A place where students gain knowledge, attain skills, achieve academic success and leave into the real world as well-rounded, holistic, confident, and principled global citizens.

As the Head of Middle School, every day is a celebration as I witness young Muslim adolescent students content to be at school, feel safe and secure, with a sense of belonging. For me, wellbeing comes first! The social, emotional, physical and spiritual health must be sound as a prerequisite for students to achieve outstanding academic results.  Academic success is when a student reaches his/her potential and beyond.

A celebration in the knowledge that our College provides all the opportunities, programs and educationally rich, rigorous and differentiated curricular that maximise academic success.

In 2017, at Unity Grammar College, we have dedicated and professional subject staff, Welfare Officers, the newly appointed High School Girls’ Welfare Coordinator and School Counsellor. Our staff go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that no stone is unturned in enhancing the learning experience for your child.

As the Head of Middle School, I urge all students to ‘Play Their Part’. Students must make education a priority, set clear and concise goals, create the plan and do their best to achieve their potential.

To parents and care givers, you are encouraged to familiarise yourself with the academic programs, school activities and support your child in the journey. Actively participate and join our wonderful College in making things great! Together we can achieve success.

I ask Allah Almighty (S.W.T.) to bless our intentions, actions, outcomes and give us the ability to strive for our best! For our best, is what Almighty Allah (S.W.T.) is seeking from us. (He who created life and death to test who is best in their actions – (Almulk, verse 2)
